The Souvenir Program Committee hosts an annual banquet event that features music, dancing, awards, and fooooood. The requirement to attend the banquet is that you are a committee member in good standing. Good standing simply means that all of your dues have been paid, both Rodeo and Committee dues. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BADGE TO ATTEND!

If you are in good standing, you can RSVP and attend to annual banquet with a guest. (You +1)

There is only one Corral Club accessible with your badge. The Committeeman’s Club is on the second level of the NRG Center at the top of the West escalators (where many of our meetings are located).

You’ll need to let seasonticketOffice@hlsr.com know you want season tickets. They’ll put you on the list for the next year. It is recommended to request Season Tickets around May or June for the next Rodeo. They start processing Season Tickets around May 30th and you receive your tickets around Thanksgiving.

BEHIND THE SCENES

Knowing the order they process Season Tickets is very helpful to set your expectations. Each year they go through this process and as a new person, you’ll be last.

1. Current Season Ticket holders confirm they want to renew
   1. They either confirm keeping existing seats, or
   2. they confirm wishing to change seats
   3. decline their tickets, and release them

BENEFITS

There are many reasons Season Tickets are a much better option to general tickets, but here are a few:

• less stress
• access to lower levels
• don’t need to fight crowds
• your tickets are secure well before the lineup is announced
• always know where your seats are located
• can sell what you don’t use

KEEP IN MIND

Even if you don’t get perfect seats initially, next year when you renew, you’ll be in Steps 1 and 2 above, NOT step 3. Use your time at Rodeo determining which sections you like. Are they close to concessions, bathrooms, or a Corral Club? Can you see the events you want to see?

  • A minimum 25% deposit is required to renew tickets — you can do multiple payments BUT you must have everything paid by the deadline on third bullet
• Monday, July 1, 2019: Deadline to renew Season Tickets
• Monday, Sept. 16, 2019: Remaining balance for Season Tickets is due

NOTE: In order to change your seat locations, you must be fully paid upfront (no payments).

• Season parking is sold out.
• If you purchased parking in 2019, you have been offered that same parking for 2020; you do not need to add your name to the parking waitlist.
